However, customer feedback indicates some disappointing aspects of this product. One prominent issue is that the hold/NCV button on the side does not work, rendering two features unusable from the start. This suggests a potential mechanical or quality issue with the button inside the case. Another drawback is the calibration of DC Amps, which is off by nearly 1A out of the box. This inaccuracy affects readings on the 60A scale, making it unsuitable for accurate automotive measurements. The workaround is to use the Zero feature, but it must be done each time and does not save or re-calibrate. Moreover, re-zeroing requires removing the clamp, which becomes tedious in tight spaces. Overall, while some customers found the INGCO Clamp Meter to be functional and helpful, the disappointing features mentioned above cast doubts on the product's quality and accuracy. It is worth Considering alternative options from more established brands.
