Answer: I just filled a bowl with water and set my mike for 3 min.The bowl is to hot to touch were the water is but is grab-able were the water isn't. The water is very hot. I guess its what you would normally expect. -

Answer: The dinner plate IS NOT 11 inches. It is 11.25 inches, just large enough that my cabinet door won't close completely. And just large enough that in my dishwasher, the rotating water spray arm tips it as it turns. So I've got to replace it. Please make accurate measurements when you answer quetions like this. I read one of the previous answers and bought on the basis of it. Mistake. -

Answer: Not all dishwashers are the same, but I would think they would fit in an ordinary sized dishwasher.
