- BUILT-IN CORE DEPRESSOR — NO EXTRA TOOL: Connector A features an integrated Schrader valve core depressor on the inside thread end, automatically depressing the core when the gauge hose is connected. No separate core depression tool required — connect the hose and the circuit is open. Disconnect and the Schrader closes, preventing refrigerant loss.
- 870 PSI WORKING PRESSURE — BRASS AND ALUMINUM: Rated for -14.5 to +870 PSI working pressure, covering the full operating range of HFC and CFC refrigerant systems including R-410A, R-32, and R-454B. Brass and aluminum construction provides the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability required for leak-free refrigerant service connections.
- 1/4 IN. SAE FLARE BOTH ENDS: Connector A is 1/4 in. SAE inside thread; Connector B is 1/4 in. SAE outside thread flare — the dominant standard for North American HVAC/R service connections. Direct compatibility with standard manifold gauge hose assemblies, vacuum pump hoses, and refrigerant cylinder fittings without adapters.
- COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HFCS AND CFCS: Verified compatible with all HFC and CFC refrigerants. Not suitable for ammonia (NH₃) or CO₂ systems — do not install on natural refrigerant circuits. Suitable for R-410A, R-22, R-32, R-134a, R-404A, R-454B, and all standard HVAC/R refrigerant blends.
- REFCO SWISS PRECISION FITTING: Manufactured to Refco's commercial HVAC/R fitting standards, the access control valve provides the close-tolerance seal required for low-loss refrigerant service. Packaged individually in blister pack for clean, undamaged delivery to the job site.
