However, some customers have experienced that it fades quickly with every shampoo and needs to be mixed with #18 light ash blonde and use #20 volumizer for long-lasting results. The colour you get with this product is a lovely silver grey, which washes out white instead of yellow. It is best for those who want a bluish silver-toned look. The Cooling Violet works very well although it has a bad smell. Customers recommend using this product if you have level ten lift.
