The Whynter EcoPure HEPA System Purifier Replacement HEPA & Activated Carbon Filter is a great product for people who are looking for a replacement filter for their Whynter AFR-425-PW / AFR-425-SW models. This filter is designed to eliminate airborne allergens like pet dander, hair, dust, mold, mildew, and pollen. Once the filter has been replaced, you need to touch and hold the Sleep icon for 5 seconds to reset the Air Quality. However, some customers have reported issues with the packaging of the product. The outside corrugated box is too thin and doesn't provide any protection to the filter. As a result, the filter may arrive with some damage to the fins. Some customers have also reported receiving a filter that looked used, very used. It is recommended that the company uses extra cushioning like air cushion pillows to prevent damage to the filter during delivery.
