It is not suitable for the Intel i9-13900KS, but rather for use with a thermal compound such as Arctic MX-6. It can also be used in a kydex holster press as a clamping cushion to get a uniform mold around different shaped objects, although there are better alternatives. Those who have used the ARCTIC TP-3 have had mostly positive experiences with the product. It has been used to replace thermal gunk in a Nintendo Switch, refurbish a laptop, and to upgrade the thermal pads on a Scorpio Edition Xbox One X. It was also used for fan repair on a Thinkpad X61s laptop and has resulted in temperature reductions in an RX580 armor oc 8gb.
