Answer: We dont have screen protector on sales, there is one screen film on screen for protection usually before installation. -

Can the software be updated to android 11?
Answer: It cant be updated to Android 11. -

How do i get apple carplay to work on this koason touch screen?
Answer: Need to connect bluetooth with android screen first, then choose CarPlay app, it will enter into Carplay menu. There is instruction in user manual app.
