The HB 72-Tooth Mini Ratchet Handle 1/4-Inch High Torque is a portable socket set made in Taiwan, with a compact and handy case. The sockets and extension have knurling for a better grip, and the ratchet has knurling at the top. However, the direction lever on the ratchet switches too easily, and the handle could have better purchase. The bit extension could also benefit from knurling, but the top of the ratchet is well-designed. The set has been used twice for repairs, but long-term endurance is unknown. Customer service is top-notch, and this set provides high-quality tool truck performance at a more reasonable price. Although it's a nice low-profile socket set, there is a flaw when using the fixed boxed end of the bit ratchet. The sockets fall out due to poor machining, and there are no retaining rings or friction to hold them in place. The ratcheting portion works as designed, and the S2 bit inserts have a nice satin finish, but it is unclear how strong the 11mm hex base on the sockets will be as there is a 1/4 inch square drive hole in the middle of it. This set has a very intelligent design that tackles socket fittings in small spaces.
