The Hyper Toys 12 Volt Jammer is a kids electric scooter with a maximum speed of 10mph, recommended for ages 8 and up. One customer warns that the age recommendation should be taken seriously, as the speed may be too much for smaller children. The scooter features a speed/power button on the right-hand grab bar and a break on the back of the foot section. It takes 6-8 hours to fully charge and comes with a helmet as advised on the box and instructions. However, many customers have had negative experiences with customer service and delivery. Some customers had to reorder the product at full price after paying for a Black Friday sale and had to pay for shipping twice. Others received damaged boxes and faulty scooters, and some even received scooters that appeared to have been used and returned. The lack of customer service response to these issues has been frustrating for customers, with some unable to get through to a representative on the phone.
