ESEE Fixed-Blade Knives Editorial Review
The ESEE 4P-MB Fixed Blade Knife with Handles, Molded Sheath, and Molle Back is a high-quality and sturdy knife that is perfect for those who need a durable and reliable tool. The blade is 3/16” thick and it arrives sharp enough to shave the most delicate parts. The handle color is actually tan and it will darken after use as it is made from Canvas Micarta which absorbs the oils from your hands. The knife is hard to dull and can stand up to abuse. However, the powder coat finish is thick and rough, which some customers may want to remove. The knife comes with a plastic belt clip and a molded sheath that has different mounting options. The sheath is of good quality but some customers may want to replace it. It is a great all-purpose camp knife, and is issued during SERE, making it perfect for desert environments.
