The swing is comfortable to sit on and equal in comfort to the oak swing it replaced. The packaging could be better as some customers reported receiving damaged packages. Some customers reported missing screws, washers, or parts that were not drilled all the way through. Customers said that the swing is sturdy and looks beautiful. The swing's back may be uncomfortable after a few minutes of sitting for some people. Different people will fit differently; some may find it comfortable while some may not.
