Couldn't you just round over the lee decapping pin, with a file or sandpaper?
Answer: The odds are no. When I have had one bend it is usually far enough up the pin that there is not enough left to snip and round done and still have it knock out the old primer. Now I do have a 223 pin that bent and I snipped it off and just use it for sizing as my back up.

The Squirrel Daddy 1 Standard Ball End Decapping Pin Upgrade is a single piece design that eliminates the issue of the pin being pulled out of the shaft. It is a great upgrade for any decapping die and works well with newer brass that have small-sized flash holes. The rounded tip of the pin makes it easier to align with the flash hole, however, it increases the likelihood of a primer getting punched through instead of punched out. These pins are strong and won't break easily. They are a good replacement for the factory Lee pins.
