I have tried every setting imagineable and i cannot get it to stop stringing. Any tips?
Answer: I have a Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro with stock .4 nozzle and have no such issue and great prints using the following temps. Nozzle First layer temp = 210c all other layers temp = 208c Bed temp 55c I also use a glue stick for added bed adhesion Print setting in Prusaslicer from .20mm down to .10mm detail no issu -

Is this sandable?
Answer: Yes pla is sandabel after sanding I hit it with a heat gun or a torch lightly to get rid of the fuzziness if it starts out glossy a heat gun will usually bring back the gloss but not always run a test print and play with different methods just remember two of the same rolls could act differently -

What is the diameter tolerance of this filament?
Answer: I’ve found it between +/- .003 but batches can differ just stay with name brand stuff and you should be ok but I have found name brand tolerance off also it’s kinda a crap shoot so far I’ve only had moisture problems not diameter problem -
Question:
Can this be smoothed with Isoprop Alcohol?
Answer: Not at room temperature, no. Flame polishing would probably be best, or ethyl acetate but the fumes are more toxic and isopropanol. Maybe methyl ethyl ketone, I haven't tried. -
Question:
Can this be used with a 3D pen, or only with 3D printers?
Answer: If your pen takes 1.75mm filament and can reach 220 degrees you should be fine.
