The bonded leather executive office chair is a comfortable looking and nice colour chair. The user manual states the weight limit is 265 lbs. The LeatherSoft polyurethane upholstery looks like leather but is, in fact, fake but feels soft and comfortable. The width of the seat is 21-21.5 inches, and when the seat is farthest down, the minimum seat height is 16 inches from floor to seat bottom. It is also possible to lean back as it has an adjustment knob to regulate how much force is needed to lean back. Overall, the customer experiences are mixed. There are some positive reviews regarding the chair's quality and comfort. However, other reviews report issues such as hydraulics failure, peeling off the material on the arms, discomfort, inadequate back support, hard cushioning after extended use, and cracking/splitting of the seat cushion.
