Head First C: A Brain-Friendly Guide

The Head First C: A Brain-Friendly Guide 1st Edition seems to have a mixed reception among customers. Some reviewers find it easy to read and comprehend, praising its thorough explanations of important topics. The interactive features in the Kindle version, such as active links to GitHub, are also appreciated. The book is described as making learning fun and exciting, which is a characteristic that is commonly associated with other Head First books. However, there are also negative reviews that highlight some issues with the book. One reviewer mentions that while the book breaks down difficult concepts and makes them easy to understand, it is not comprehensive enough to cover everything needed for a C class. Another reviewer criticizes the inConsistency and vagueness of the examples in the book. They feel that the text is unclear in certain sections, making it difficult to follow and understand. The reviewer also points out several instances of inConsistent terminology, which they find frustrating. They expected a more polished presentation from a 2nd edition book. In addition to the customer reviews, another reviewer mentions that the print version of the book has light text, which they find distracting. They express concern that this may affect their ability to retain the material. Overall, the Head First C: A Brain-Friendly Guide 1st Edition has both positive and negative feedback. While it is praised for its approachability and interactive features, some customers feel that it falls short in terms of comprehensiveness and clarity.
