The Nesco FG-100 Food Grinder is a 500-watt, stainless steel and black machine that's gotten positive reviews for its functionality. It's easy to clean given that its parts were hand washable. One customer that used the grinder to make breakfast sausages reported that it worked fabulously. They were delighted with their purchase and even recommended it further. Another customer found the meat grinder not only good but had plenty of power that was worth the money. Another customer has been using it to grind meat and observed that it works efficiently. The reviewer advised that the meat should be almost frozen before grinding. However, there are complaints about the motor shaft being too short, which couldn't engage the auger, and slipping. Some customers found the gray coating on the aluminum parts a bit problematic. They left gray stains on their hands that remained, even after washing. One reviewer found two plastic things called Kebbe maker included in the package, and nowhere was it explained what to do with them.
