The Shure BLX14R Wireless Guitar System with BLX4R Rack Mount Receiver, BLX1 Bodypack Transmitter and WA302 Instrument Cable provides wireless freedom to guitarists and bassists. The system allows users to connect their guitar to the transmitter, and then have a cable running out of the receiver to their effects pedal. The product works with CVL and other mics as long as the connector is the same, and can be used with active basses. The XLR output can be used to take the output of the BLX receiver and process it. The product has mixed customer reviews with people raving about it being the best wireless system they have ever used to others having issues with the units cutting out, not accepting a 1/4' cable, or having bad signals. However, many people praised its ability to provide a reliable, clean and easy-to-use wireless sound with good-range without any cutting out issues.
