One of its key features is the incline setting, which is not found in the original model. However, this makes the seat a little inconvenient for glute workouts. The assembly is fairly easy but time-Consuming, and the instructions are not absolutely clear. The bench seems stable, but the preacher pad wobbles a little. It is not designed for Nordic curls, and the lower foot bar must not be used for this purpose. It is not recommended to use the bench on a carpet as it may reduce its stability. Finer Form offers excellent customer service and provides a free workout chart PDF upon request.
