Which model is the one people are buying for dancing west coast swing?
Answer: In west coast swing, we wear the basic canvas ones with the cross-hatched smooth sole. They're comfortable for dancing all night, and can last up to like 9+ months of dancing 5 nights a week if you don't wear them away from the dance floor. They will collect dust from the floor making them quite fast shoes until the cross-hatchy bit wears through to the rubber part of the sole and they start to stick too much. The company seems to be moving to other soles these days, which is a bummer for us. -

Are the insoles removable so I can put in my orthodic inserts?
Answer: I easily removed the insoles and replaced with orthotic inserts. I bought the Ash color in Oct 2015. -
