    Answer: I don’t know. It replaced the exact same receiver and remote for my Quadrafire 1200i pellet stove insert.
  • Question: The model of my remote for my fireplace is frbtc, is this comptabale? it looks the same im just not sure!!!

    Answer: Look at the wiring diagram and look at how yours is currently wired. If your fireplace has a millivolt type gas valve arrangement like mine and as described in their literature, it should work fine. Just disconnect the old two wires on the valve currently serving whatever remote transmitter that you have now and reconnect the two new leads to the same connections.

    Answer: The model number has to match the hand help control … 4 AA in receiver and 2 AAA in hand held remot
