Answer: Fine for electric or acoustic guitars. My pack was listed as 'Medium to heavy' and contained a good range of picks with varying thickness and flexibility. -

Answer: No, they don't. Some of the thicker ones may have a grip, but the thinner ones don't. However, I've never found this an issue. -

Would these picks work on ukuleles?
Answer: These would work on a Uke. You can use these, or use your fingers or nails if you have any. You can also buy felt picks for ukes. Fingers give a soft sound, nails give more attack and volume. These picks would be much louder than using just your finger pads. Soft felt picks are ok but don't rock my boat. I would recommend watching some YouTube tutorials on using picks with ukes and also trying every option to gain a personal preference. Best Regards, Ian. -
