The Royal Purple 01312 NLGI No. 2 High Performance Multi-Purpose Synthetic Ultra Performance Grease is designed for various applications such as wheel bearings, ball joints, and tie-rod ends. It is jet black in color and is not recommended for use on brake jobs. The grease is thicker than an NLGI 000 grease, so it may not be suitable for applications that require a semi-fluid grease. It does not contain moly and does not have GC-LB certifications. Customers have reported issues with the packaging, such as leakage and missing pump. Some customers have also found the grease to be messy. However, others have found it to be tacky and effective in lubricating various parts.
