The inch and a quarter heel height offers comfort, and the standard ankle-boot size laces allow the user to experiment with different laces to match their outfits. Customer feedback is overall positive, with many customers praising their durability and comfort. One customer, however, found the boots stiff at first and challenging to get their foot in due to the narrow opening of the boot, which needed to be adjusted every time. Another customer had to return the boots because they were too narrow to even get their foot in, while other customers recommended ordering half/full size up for thicker socks or having wider feet.
