The assembly is easy except for getting the foam sleeve (d13) onto the bar that directly contacts the torso. The suggested method is to spray a cleaning fluid (like 409 or Simple Green) liberally on the inside of the foam. After an hour or so, the foam will be easier to put on and will stay in place. Replacement bearings and soft cushion are available by contacting 800.556.3113 or [email protected] with the part numbers from the owner's manual. This machine is adjustable to fit people who are 5 ft tall to 6'2" tall. The foot roller moves in and out to make it more comfortable for people of different heights. The suggested accessory is not intended for the cushion that the woman is holding in the third picture. The assembled dimensions of this machine are 46" W x 60" L x 43" H. Instructions for workouts are included, and the body weight limit is 350lb.
